LightSpeed: Reminiscence of 2013

As we say goodbye to 2013, we reflect on a year of exciting changes at LightSpeed. We’ve made a number of key changes to our team that have allowed us to improve and expand on our delivery service to our clients.
We have also integrated a number of excellent work process-flow tools for tracking our support and project requests, as well as tracking our time. These tools have made a positive difference to our turnaround times on client requests, and as a result, play a daily role in saving the team’s sanity! We’re also very happy to once again have a dedicated content writer for our website on our team. We look forward to 2014 and all that it has in store for us.
In celebration of this year’s festive season, our company will be closed from Monday 23rd December 2013 to Friday 3rd January 2014 for a much needed time of rest and rejuvenation. We will resume business on Monday 6th January 2014.
If you have any urgent requests for work on your website please try to let us know by 10th December and we’ll do our best to assist. Over the period that the office is closed our support desk will be monitored so if you have any urgent requirements or queries please email [email protected] and a support staff member will respond as soon as they can.
